At INSIGHT, we take pride in the integrity and quality of our wellness products. Each formulation is crafted with precision and care to ensure purity, consistency, and trust in every experience. Because these products are designed for personal wellness use, we follow strict safety and quality-control standards. Please review our policy below before purchasing.
1. All Sales Final for Opened Products
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
In select cases, we may issue a store credit toward future purchases.
2. Returns for Unopened Products
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify:
• Products must remain sealed and in original condition.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email & screenshot of payment sent)is required.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via Telegram.
Request a private chat and send us a screenshot of your order confirmation email, and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement, issue a discount code, or process a full reimbursement.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return:

2. Send us a screenshot of your order confirmation email, and clear photos of the issue.
3. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
We currently cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments include tracking.
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, we’ll issue a credit for the full value of your order to be used toward your next purchase.
