MOST COMMON FAQ
HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT
There are two ways to set up an account with INSIGHT: When placing an order on our checkout page, there will be an option to create an account with your order. Check that box. Once your order is placed, an email will be sent to your email with a temporary username and password to get you started in customizing your account. Option two is: at the top of the website, we have a 'My Account' tab, where you can sign up for an account, receive a temporary user and password through your email, or log in to your account. Inside your account, you can see your past orders, addresses on file, account details, etc.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT
We currently accept Venmo and Zelle for all orders. Once you place your order, our team will reach out with the payment details for your preferred method.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER
You’ll receive a complete your payment email with links to our payment methods. Once compleated our team will begin proccessing your order and send you tracking information once it ships.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE
We shipping in standard USPS flat rate box. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
ARE DOSING GUIDELINES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
Yes — each product includes general dosing guidelines and recommended use information to help you have a safe and intentional experience. Please remember that everyone’s body chemistry is unique, and it’s always best to start low and go slow.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE
Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. All customer information is kept strictly confidential and used only to process and fulfill your orders.
HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Sales@insightful.market or reply to your confirmation message. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make modifications.

Returns and Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
For health, safety, and quality control purposes, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way. However, we can offer credits for future products. For more information about returns please see our returns policy page.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
Please send us a photo of the product in which you received, if the product has been unopened or tampered with, we will send you a shipping label to return the product and ship out the correct product immediately.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED
Send us a picture, and we will either offer you a discount code for future products, or replace the product.
WILL MY PACKAGE COME IN ONE BOX
Yes, all of your items will come in one package
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
All of our orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your package has been shipped.
SHIPPING PACKAGE
Your products will arrive in a USPS priority mail carrier shipping box.
ADDITIVE IN PRODUCTS
There are no additional additives in these products; they are pure golden teacher mushrooms.
